Lasers and Feelings was AMAZING

Firsthand reports of Lasers & Feelings are glowing. The simple one-page rules produced a funny, emotional one-shot with an improvised three-act structure, and the game worked even for newcomers. Several other comments are about hacks (Boy Problems, the Santa game, Books and Bullets) or other games (Honey Heist, Star Trek Adventures), and I ignored those. 4 firsthand · 14 comments

LASERS & FEELINGS is an incredible RPG

The only firsthand account is the OP's one-shot as a first-time GM of Lasers & Feelings. It was very easy to set up, the players were engaged immediately, and they came up with creative moments. The rest of the thread is mostly a D&D-versus-L&F debate from people who didn't report playing L&F. 1 firsthand · 137 comments

I'm about to run my first Lasers and Feelings (hack) game. Any advice?

The thread is mostly advice for a first-time GM who plans to run a Blood and Chrome (Mad Max) hack, so nearly all of it is opinion rather than play reports. The only firsthand account says one table ran Lasers & Feelings twice as a break from crunch and ended up adding detail on their own because the rules felt too light. 1 firsthand · 14 comments

Looking for fun one-shot recommendations similar to Everyone is John, Lasers & Feelings, Roll for Shoes, etc.

The thread is a recommendation request, mostly about other one-shot games like Honey Heist, Die Laughing and All Out of Bubblegum. The only firsthand report of Lasers & Feelings is the OP's brief statement that their table played it and enjoyed it, with no detail on how the session went. 1 firsthand · 14 comments
