Menu Healthy eating · a note to myself

What do I actually eat?

I order in far too much. This page is the fix: my running list of easy, healthy things I can genuinely make — mostly ready-to-eat, five-minute, one-pan stuff, nothing fussy. When I'm craving junk or about to over-order, I open this and tap the button once. It picks for me. Cooking is a quiet hobby that never made it onto the rest of this site, so consider this the list, honestly kept.

Can't decide?

or by mood:

01 The cheatsheet · everyday, low-effort

Grouped by how much effort I have in me. Everything here is genuinely quick — the kind of food that's better than ordering and takes less time to make than the delivery takes to arrive.

02 To cook for people · easy but proper

The smaller list — real dishes that look like effort but aren't. For when someone's coming over. Not in the randomizer, because you don't roast a chicken on a Tuesday whim.
